Chris Strothers and Stuart Doyle still appeared to be the best of friends when they arrived back in Edinburgh this afternoon. They cycled easily up the steep hill to the structure which is the mirror image of the Parthenon in Athens, their starting point on their journey some two months ago now. They flew to Athens and then got on their bikes to wend their way home. The twosome undertook the challenge to raise funds for St Columba’s Hospice, and appeared genuinely surprised to see more than just their families waiting to greet them.
