There are three council consultations which will finish in March and you can find details here. The three are about Easter Craiglockhart Hill, Schools and the Local Transport Strategy.
You are also invited to go to a public drop-in session on the Transport consultation. It will be held in the foyer of the Edinburgh Central Library, George IV Bridge , on Wednesday 6 March 2013, between 0900 and 2000 hrs.

Councillor Maureen Child reminds us about Portobello Market on Saturday:-“The monthly Portobello Market market http://www.pedal-porty.org.uk/food/portobello-market/ is upon us again. All the usual traders will be there of course supplying everything from artisan cheeses and seasonal vegetables to fresh bread, hand-made soaps and real coffee. Hundreds of people from across Scotland have come together to make a film that captures the essence of the country.
We Are Northern Lights, which had its world premiere at the Glasgow Film Festival, is the brainchild of award winning Scottish filmmaker, Nick Higgins, an academic in Media, Culture and Practice at the University of Edinburgh
The film, which is Scotland’s first mass participation documentary, will be showcased during a tour of major cities in Scotland this month.
The little Cameo is showing no less than six films today, including Argo and Lincoln which have scooped up some awards recently.
