Juice Plus looking for franchisees

A fitness entrepreneur who shot to fame on BBC’s Dragons’ Den is kicking off a juicy campaign in Edinburgh this week, by showing health conscious locals how to build a business through boosting their fruit and vegetable intake.

Donna Kerr-Foley, an athlete, personal trainer and fitness teacher with 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, is offering Edinburgh residents the chance to join a team of distributors for Juice Plus – a natural, whole food based nutrition product which includes juice powder concentrates from between 17 and 26 different vine ripened organic fruits, vegetables and grains.

Donna is well known in the fitness world as the founder of award-winning No Lippy Bootcamp, and she appeared on BBC’s Dragons’ Den last year with her creation, The Running Mat, winning investment from Deborah Meaden and Kelly Hoppen.

After using Juice Plus last summer and experiencing the health benefits firsthand, Donna was inspired to join the company as a franchisee. She now heads up a team of representatives who spread the word about the product, which was originally invented in America 20 years ago, and has since evolved into an international brand which counts TV adventurer Bear Grylls amongst its fans.

Juice Plus aims to provide simple and effective nutrition for families, and is supplied in the form of capsules, jellies, shakes, bars and chews, which are intended to be taken in addition to the recommended five daily portions of fruit and vegetables, in order to boost health, wellbeing, the immune system and weight management.

Guests are invited to come along to a free event at Revolution bar at 30A Chambers Street, Edinburgh on Friday, June 13 at 8pm to meet Juice Plus distributors, learn more about the product and find out how to join the team.

Further free events will be held at the same venue on Friday, July 4 at 7pm and Friday, July 25 at 7pm.

The first ten people to sign up for a franchise at the event will receive a free supply of Juice Plus – and all attendees will be entered into a draw to win a franchise.

Donna said: “Our events at Revolution in Edinburgh will be very fun, informal meetings where we can chat with guests over a drink, explain the benefits of Juice Plus and introduce people to a stress-free, enjoyable way of earning an extra income through spreading the word about healthy living.

“As an experienced personal trainer I receive lot requests to promote products, which I rarely do as most are artificial, so I’m very sceptical of what is out there.
