Police have confirmed that Branislav Schlenc (45) previously reported missing from Edinburgh has been traced safe and well in the Tollcross area.

A police spokesman said: “We would like to thank members of the public and the media for their assistance with enquiries.”

 

Police  are appealing for information to help trace a 45-year-old man reported missing.

Branislav Schlenc was last seen in the Morningside area at 7.30am this morning (Sunday 22 March).

He is described as white, clean-shaven, with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, a black fleece with Âľ zip, dark blue jogging bottoms with white stripes down the sides, a grey beanie hat and dark trainers.

He has connections with the Dundee area and may have travelled there.

Inspector Stephen Rosie said: “Branislav is vulnerable due to current health issues and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“Anyone who may have seen him since 7.30am this morning, or who knows where is please, is urged to contact police as soon as possible.”
