Hibs are  looking to fill two vacancies based at the Training Centre:

Academy and Player Development Administrator

This is a full time position based at the Hibernian Training Centre. This is a wide and varied role covering all aspects of the administration and facilitating of the Academy and Player Development programme at Hibernian Football Club.

Main duties will include ensuring that all match and training requirements are provided for Academy squads and the full time Development squads.

Ensuring full compliance with Scottish FA Club Academy Scotland criteria, rules and regulations

Assisting in the player registration process for Academy and Development squad players.

Providing support when required to other departments based at HTC including player recruitment, sports science and performance analysis.

Education and Welfare Officer

This is a part time role based at the Hibernian Training Centre.

The position covers all aspects of player and coach education for all performance squads based at HTC including all Academy squads.

In addition the role also covers player welfare issues that have an impact on the player development and performance programmes operated by the club.

Main duties include ensuring that all Academy players are supported with their school education.

Assisting the Development squad players with education provision as part of their Modern Apprenticeship.

Supporting the senior squad and HTC based staff with Continuous Performance Development(CPD)
