A 34-year-old man is due to appear before Edinburgh Sheriff Court today in connection with a serious assault in the Capital last month.
The incident happened at around 11pm on Saturday, March 28, when a 58-year-old man suffered facial injuries during an altercation with another male at the Platform 5 bar in the Haymarket area of the city.
Following extensive enquiries by local officers an individual was subsequently arrested and charged.
