Police are appealing for help in tracing relatives of a woman who passed away in the Capital.

Jeanette Elizabeth Cairey (45) died on Saturday (May 16) at Forteviot House, in the south of the city.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Jeanette was born in Rochford, Essex, and it is believed she has a brother who may still live in the area.

Police Scotland is appealing to anyone who has information that can help trace him or any other surviving relatives to contact the non-emergency number 101.
