Police are seeking the assistance of the public in an effort to trace an 81-year-old Edinburgh woman who has been reported missing.
Margo Little was last seen in the Mount Grange area of the Capital at around 12:30pm today (Sunday, June 28) and has not been in touch with friends or family since then.
Police are anxious to trace Margo as quickly as possible and ensure she is safe and well.
She is described as being 5ft 3inches tall with a slight build and grey hair. She was last seen wearing a brown waterproof jacket and dark trousers.
Anyone who has seen Margo or has any information that can assist police with their enquiries is asked to come forward.
Inspector David Watt of Police Scotland said: “Our concerns for Margo increase with every hour that passes and we are very keen to trace her as quickly as possible.
“Margo is a keen walker and may be in the south of the city, which she knows very well, and I would urge anyone who has seen her to please contact police on the 101 number or speak to any officer.”
