Police are appealing for witnesses following two incidents of indecent exposure in West Lothian on Tuesday.

Around 5.10pm, a woman was walking around Linlithgow Loch when she saw a man exposing himself who then made inappropriate comments towards her.

He is described as white with a medium build and wearing dark clothing.

Officers received a similar call from two other women at Linlithgow Loch around the same time, who also reported a man exposing himself and behaving in a manner that caused them concern.

This individual then made off towards the access road at the back of the Loch.

He is described as being white, around 30 years old, 5ft 11″ – 6ft 1″ tall, slim build, short fair/ginger hair, with a scruffy beard. He was wearing mirrored sunglasses and carrying a helmet.

It’s believed that he may have had use of a motorcycle. He had a prominent jawline and was wearing a black leather jacket, a black round necked t-shirt and black canvas trousers.

Officers are now investigating a possible link to a similar incident in the middle of March.

Anyone who can assist officers with their ongoing inquiries into these incidents is asked to come forward.
