Police in East Lothian have confirmed the name of the man found dead in Haddington on Monday 18 April.
He was local man Andrew Gillies (known as Andy), who was last seen in the Riverside area of Haddington on Saturday 16 April.
A member of the public found the 33-year-old’s body and contacted police who launched an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding his death
.Inquiries are continuing, however, there appear to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding this.
Anyone who may have seen Andy between 11.30am on Saturday and 6am on Monday, and can help us establish his movements during this time, is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.
