Livingston Designer Outlet, Scotland’s largest outlet destination, will have two new outlet stores with the imminent arrival of Graham & Brown and Vans in the next month.

International interiors company Graham and Brown will open its doors in mid-May in a 2,869 sq. ft. unit while American shoe brand Vans will follow in late May in a unit spanning 2,145 sq. ft.

Shoe-lovers will get the chance to snap up exclusive discount offers as Vans’ welcomes its first outlet concept store in Scotland and home décor enthusiasts will see discounts of up to 60 per cent on wallpaper, wall art and kids decor ranges at Graham & Brown which joins a cluster of other stalwart home brands including Christy, Denby and Le Creuset.

The announcement comes as the Outlet continues to outperform its High Street counterparts. March figures saw a 13 per cent increase in sales and a 5 per cent growth in footfall for the West Lothian destination while the Scottish Retail Consortium figures continue to report less positive results – showing the Outlet has continued to buck the trend since December 2015.

Karen Stewart, Livingston Designer Outlet Centre Manager, said: “At a time when trading figures for Scotland’s retail sector are showing marginal growth it’s great to be bringing more big names for our loyal customers. The fact that we are alluring brands to open their first ever outlet stores in Scotland indicates our strong positioning and cements our reputation as one of the country’s finest shopping destinations.”
