Edinburgh locals are in for a carnival feast this weekend as Marks & Spencer (M&S) is bringing its Spirit of Summer Truck to Castle Street for an Americas inspired BBQ.
City-centre shoppers will be able to indulge in the likes of Beef Brisket and Caribbean Pork Kebabs, Manchego & Jalapeno Crisps, Mojito flavoured popcorn, Pineapple, Guava and Granadilla Jelly and many more mouth tingling treats, as well as enjoy award winning salsa dance performances throughout the day.
The Spirit of Summer Truck will be located on Castle Street from 10am to 8pm both today and tomorrow.
M&S’ Sprit of Summer range is celebrating the best of the Americas with the launch of 300 delicious new food and drink products. The food team scoured the bars, restaurants and street food stalls of south and Central America, as well as the southern states of the USA, to bring the most exciting range of summer foods to customers yet.
The M&S Spirit of Summer range is available to purchase at all M&S Foodhalls, including M&S Edinburgh Princess St and Gyle.
