The DJ who has won a Sony Award twice is best known for his afternoon radio show, and he will be hosting the after-racing party and entertaining the crowd with his dance floor anthems. Musselburgh Racecourse has also teamed up with three of the most prestigious Edinburgh night clubs, Opal Lounge and Lulu for racegoers to continue the party into the early hours of the morning.

Transport buses will also be available on the day for attendees travelling from Edinburgh City Centre for just £10 per person and is encouraging savvy revellers to book a seat in advance to avoid disappointment.

Scott Mills said: “I’m delighted to have been asked to DJ at the after party for the first ever Friday Night is Ladies Night event. I’ve attended various race days at Musselburgh Racecourse a number of times and have always had a great time so it’s an honour to be hosting this exclusive night.”

Sarah Montgomery, Senior Operations and Commercial Manager at Musselburgh Racecourse, is delighted that Scott has confirmed his attendance.

Sarah said: “As guests go, Scott Mills is a real hot favourite. He is one of the best-known radio DJ’s in Britain. We are delighted to officially confirm he will be attending and are very much looking forward to welcoming him for a fantastic evening of racing and socialising.”
