Lothian Buses hosted a special #GlowGold tour on their gold bus yesterday. 

The VIP passengers were some local children affected by cancer. In connection with CLIC Sargent, CCLASP, Team Jak, Good 2 Give, Star for Harris and Love Oliver, Lothian Buses operated two special tours of the City Centre during the day. 

On the first tour for under 10’s  the children were surprised by guest appearances from Peppa Pig, Mickey Mouse and many more. The second tour for over 10’s featured appearances from players of Scotland’s International Rugby team and players from Livingston Football Club.

Emma Barron, member of the Glow Gold September team commented: “We are thrilled to be working with Lothian Buses on Glow Gold September to raise awareness of childhood cancer. Their support has been vital in our campaign to drive the message home. We were delighted to see their Travelshops and website glowing gold and we can’t thank them enough for lending us their amazing gold bus and working with CLIC Sargent, CCLASP, It’s good 2 give, Love Oliver, Star for Harris and Team Jak for helping to raise smiles and create memories this Sunday.”
