Braehead Clan captain Matt Keith has admitted that Sunday’s Elite League defeat at Edinburgh Capitals still hurts.
The Glasgow-based club return to their own rink on Saturday for the first time since October 30 when they entertain Dundee Stars (face-off 7pm).
Clan have played six matches on the road as Braehead has been used for other functions.
Keith’s men have also trained at rinks including Murrayfield during the shut down and he said: “It’s been a tough month being on the road. It would have been better heading home (to Braehead) with a win.
“We had every opportunity to go there (to Edinburgh) and take the two points and we let it slip away.
“That will eat at us all week and we have to be ready to go for Saturday.”
