Think Global Recruitment has won Best Company to Work For at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) 2016 IRP Awards.

The IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the REC to recognise the very best individuals and companies within the recruitment industry.

Recognising achievement across all levels and different disciplines, the awards are a true reflection of the UK’s recruitment talent. The winners were announced at the IRP Awards ceremony earlier this week at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel.

REC chief executive Kevin Green said, “Tonight’s winners deserve a huge amount of credit and can be held up as the leading lights within recruitment. We know that recruiters transform lives, and the companies and individuals showcased this year demonstrate the value that our industry delivers every day.

“Every year the calibre of nominations to the IRP Awards get better and better. All of those shortlisted should be proud of their work, which is driving up standards and professionalism in recruitment.”

Think Global Recruitment, managed to wow the judges through their vision of Improving Lives. This included innovative practices such as team building Bubble Football days to Object of Desire bonuses covering anything from Gucci handbags to trips to New York!   Staff can benefit from free fruit and gym passes along with accelerated career progression that offers share options within the company, all the while enjoying their penthouse office view on central George Street.

Abigail Stevens Managing Director of Think Global Recruitment said, “I am so proud we have received this award.  We aim to create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and unlock their full potential.  It is all about Improving Lives!  We are in work more of our waking hours than anywhere else.  The environment has to be good otherwise you will never attract and retain the best people.”
