EDINBURGH BASED MNM DEVELOPMENTS MAKING A NAME IN COMPETITIVE INDUSTRY AWARDS FIELD
With twelve industry awards already under its belt, and currently bidding for more, an Edinburgh based developer has spoken of their importance in building profile and awareness in the current marketplace.
Family run MNM Developments, which has a development of luxury apartments and penthouses at Marionville, Meadowbank, has entered the Scottish Home Awards once again, having enjoyed considerable success in this competition in the past few years. For the past two years running, MNM has won Apartment Developer of the Year for its development at Harbour Green, Portobello and was a Finalist in the Small Housebuilder of the Year category.
A family run firm, MNM is headed up by Marc Teague, his sister Michaela and younger brother Nathan, making full use of extensive knowledge and experience passed on by their father Danny, who made Teague Homes one of Scotland’s leading private housebuilders. Bringing to the table many years’ experience in the industry, MNM has been able to hand pick its team of builders, craftsmen and tradesmen to create its impressive, award winning developments.
