On the first day of the Royal Highland Show, Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy and Connectivity met with Ciara Gorst, head of agriculture for the Co-op, to hear how about the ways in which the retailer is supporting the Scottish agricultural industry.
Visitors to the Royal Highland Show can enjoy a variety of locally sourced products at the Co-op’s stand including Galloway and Orkney cheeses.
