First time buyers event Urban Union

This coming weekend (Saturday 12 – Sunday 13 August) Urban Union will host a special event to help First Time Buyers take their first step onto the property ladder at its Pennywell development in North Edinburgh.

The event will be held at the Pennywell Phase 2 show home, with expert sales and mortgage advisors on hand to offer advice to those considering buying their first home.

The development currently has a range of one to four-bedroom apartments and houses available with prices starting from £135,000.

Each villa offers a combined kitchen with dining area, creating a bright and spacious family and entertainment area. The ground floor features a generous lounge and a cloakroom with practical storage, while double doors from the kitchen take you out to the back garden. Bedrooms are well-proportioned and come with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom on the first floor.

Kirsty Robertson, sales & marketing manager for Urban Union said: “Pennywell Phase 2 offers a selection of one to four-bedroom homes which are designed to meet the needs of the modern buyer. With our First Time Buyer event this weekend we anticipate a great deal of interest from people keen to secure a new home in 2017.”

Pennywell is set within close proximity to Edinburgh’s city centre with easy access to public transport links as well as the M8 west and M9 north. It provides an ideal location for those travelling to the city or further afield. With a selection of one to four-bedroom homes on offer there are plenty of options for everyone, from first time buyers to growing families.

The First Time Buyer event will take place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 August between 11 am and 3 pm.
