SGB Championship: Berwick Bandits 48, Scunthorpe Scorpions 42

Nick Morris powered to 17 points to steer bottom club Berwick Bandits to a rare win in the SGB Championship.

The talented Aussie won five of his six outings against second-bottom Scunthorpe Scorpions.

He was backed up by skipper Kevin Doolan with ten points and his countryman Jye Ethridge with eight points.

Josh Auty was best for the visitors with 11 points in a close match.

The sides were level at 33-33 after Heat 11 but a 4-2 and then a 5-1 for the home side in Heats 13 and 14 proved crucial.
