The Reporter is big on books. We like getting them as presents to read and review. We like the feel of books, although we are also getting to grips with reading on the iPad.
So this idea from Edinburgh City Libraries is one which is close to our hearts. According to the advice from Tales of One City you should buy books for young children. They suggest having a look at the Blue Peter shortlist for inspiration.
We like that – a nice easy idea but which will bring years of pleasure to the recipient!
