The project masterminded by the transport company Stagecoach to bring passengers from Fife to Edinburgh by hovercraft has encountered choppy waters. The Courier explains that the budget cuts at Fife Council are endangering the proposal. but Stagecoach say it can still be a reality. We really hope that it can.
