The City of Edinburgh Council has a very unusual property to let in Royal Terrace Gardens, a leafy green setting just beside London Road. The property has been used as a house in the past, but there is now a change of plan. The building has a change of use from residential to cafe/restaurant and is available on a full repairing and insuring lease for a maximum of 25 years.
