Twelve bto runners completed Edinburgh’s Hairy Haggis Relay Marathon without injury, raising a magnificent £2312, so far, for The Eve Appeal.
bto’s three teams consisted of colleagues from the firm’s insurers’ representation, technology and IP, commercial litigation, property and employment teams, who worked together to achieve very respectable times, the fastest being 4 hours 02 minutes.
The Edinburgh marathon is not bto’s first attempt at raising funds for The Eve Appeal. On 25 March 2011, the firm’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices supported The Eve Appeal’s ’Make Time for Tea’ campaign and raised a fantastic £1,245.96 for the charity.
bto’s personnel also have the opportunity to contribute £1 from their monthly salary to The Eve Appeal in order to dress casually on the last Friday of each month.

We are delighted to be in a position to raise awareness of this charity and to raise much needed funds for research into ovarian cancer.”
