There is always a lot of shifting and changing among the retailers on Princes Street. We are told that Apple may still be looking at opening a shop there and now fashion retailer Mango appears to be working on 88 Princes Street to set up shop there. This is the first day of The Edinburgh Marathon Festival. Most races today take place around Holyrood Park so there should be minimal disruption to traffic but there will be more road closures tomorrow. More information on the website.
