Edinburgh Architect, Lorn McNeal tells The Scotsman today that he ‘smelled a rat’ about the statutory notice system when he noticed the amount of scaffolding being put up in the city. The Fairmilehead Community Council meets this evening at 7pm Fairmilehead Parish Church on Frogston Road West.  One of the items they are going to discuss is the fate of Redford Barracks.
