An article on Friday from the BBC claimed that the noise team at The City of Edinburgh Council has cut its hours so that it is only available to take your calls from Thursday to Sunday. However on checking the council website it still insists that there is a 24/7 service available. Have you had cause to complain about your neighbours using the council service?
