A Fast Track Tribunal convened today in accordance with the Judicial Panel Protocol to consider the case against Hibs’ striker Jason Cummings (pictured) who was charged with misconduct following an alleged offensive gesture after scoring the opening goal in Saturday’s has found the case not proven.

The news comes as a relief to Hibs’ fans and staff as the teenager will be available to play in this weekend’s game against Falkirk which could see Alan Stubbs’ side move six points clear of ‘The Bairns’ in the race for a play off place.

With normal strike partner Dominique Malonga on international duty, Cummings could line up alongside new signing Franck Dja Djedje or on loan signing Martin Boyle in the game which will be sponsored by Green man and Van.
