Police in Midlothian have arrested and charged a 31-year-old man following the abduction and sexual assault of a woman in the Hillend area on 12th April.
He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow.
Officers have thanked the public for their response to a previous appeal for information in relation to this incident.
