Hearts today took another step towards redeveloping the main stand at Tynecastle when the City of Edinburgh Council’s Planning Department released their report on the proposed development. The report recommends that Hearts are given consent with certain conditions applied.
A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday 12th October 2016 at the City Chambers where a decision on whether planning permission will be granted is expected to be made.
