The double-cup winning Hibernian Ladies team will be parading the SWPL Cup and the SSE Scottish Women’s Cup at Easter Road during half-time of today’s fixture against Queen of the South.

Both trophies were won by defeating Scottish Champions Glasgow City.

Scotland internationalist left-back Kirsty Smith says that the team are all looking forward to parading the trophies at Easter Road  in front of the Hibs’ supporters.

She told the club website: “I’m really looking forward to it. “I come along and support the team at most of the home games and I hope we get a good reception from the supporters.

“It will be a great experience for me personally and for everyone in the team. It’s going to be an amazing feeling for the girls in the squad that are Hibs fans and just for the team in general.

“There are a lot of big Hibs fans in the team and they will be excited to get onto the pitch and parading the success of the women’s team. Everyone is really looking forward to it.”
