Laura Begley and Chris Smith will be playing an acoustic show at Edinburgh’s Assembly Roxy on 7 January 2017.

An acoustic duo hailing from Central Scotland, Laura Begley (The Voice 2016 contestant) is a 23 year old vocalist from Stirling, with a strong, quirky and original voice.

She has worked with professional vocal coaches and more recently, the infamous ‘Boy George’ during her time on BBC’s ‘The Voice’.

Chris Smith, 33 year old multi-instrumentalist from Glasgow, has been playing around Scotland for the last 17 years. He brings with him charisma, enthusiasm and a strong vocal to boot. Nothing beats experience and Chris certainly has enough of that to go around.

Together, Laura and Chris are a well suited duo and are armed with a wide and varied repertoire that will entertain all tastes and ages.

Support will be provided by local singer songwriters Carrie Mac, Amy Lou and Craig McMorrow.
