Hearts have signed 21-year-old French striker Dylan Bikey from League Two side Stirling Albion. Bikey has made a significant impact at Forthbank since his arrival in November from French side Dieppe, scoring 9 goals in 9 games.

Bikey, who had been training with Hibernian and had been expected to sign for Neil Lennon’s team, goes straight into the Hearts squad for the Ladbrokes Premiership game at Celtic on Sunday.

Bikey told the Hearts website:

“This is a new challenge for me,” he said. “It’s a big club with a big stadium and it’s a Premiership team, so I’m very happy to play for Hearts.”

Meanwhile, Hearts expect to complete the signing of striker Esmael Goncalves from Anorthosis Famagusta on Monday.
