Great Britain forward Craig Peacock makes his comeback from injury for Braehead Clan in Friday’s (7.30pm) Elite League clash with high-flying Sheffield Steelers.

The Peterborough-born, 29-year-old winger has been sidelined since late October with an undisclosed upper body injury.

The news is a boost for Clan head coach John Tripp who is minus former National Hockey League forward Ryan Potulny with a hand injury for the next ten weeks.

Tripp said: “Peacock is one of the top British players in the league.

“It’s a big game (against Sheffield) and one we are totally focused on winning.”
