New owners for city guest house

Southside Guest House on Newington Road has been sold to Roy Chung, a first-time entrant to the industry.

The mid-terraced property boasts eight en-suite letting rooms, reception area, a kitchen and breakfast room, a secluded private garden and patio.

Previous owners Franco and Lynn Galgani are retiring to spend more time with their family.

Stuart Drysdale, associate director at Christie & Co who handled the sale, said: “The hospitality market in the capital is extremely buoyant.
