The Ivy on the Square joins the Edinburgh Restaurant Festival with exclusive cocktail offering.

The Ivy on the Square is participating in the fourth annual Edinburgh Restaurant Festival, and to celebrate has created an exclusive whisky cocktail, The Discovery.

Here is the blurb : “Regulars of The Ivy on the Square will already be familiar with the restaurant’s whisky trolley which was curated by Edinburgh-based whisky expert and author Blair Bowman. Building on the restaurant’s drinks offering, The Discovery cleverly blends ingredients from two favourites, The Manhattan and Old Fashioned. Paying homage to the legendary polar explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, The Discovery is a sophisticated drink to be enjoyed by both whisky aficionados and those new to the spirit.”
