A unique musical collaboration reaches its climax on Saturday 2 June in the newly-refurbished McEwan Hall as 150 amateur, professional and student singers join forces with professional and student orchestral players to raise the roof with Verdi’s dramatic Requiem and Szymanowski’s beautiful Stabat Mater.

With support from the University of Edinburgh, the Italian Cultural Institute and the Polish Consulate this is a significant musical event  – and a tremendous opportunity for the capital’s student musicians.
