SPOKES the Lothians cycling campaign group are holding a meeting on 15 November 2018 at Augustine United Church 41 George IV Bridge EH1 1EL.
The subject will be Cycling for All – Diversity Rules!
The event will include five minute presentations by Edinburgh Leisure’s Ageing Well, ELREC the Regional Equality Council, ABC – All Ability Cycling and VIE Velo, West Lothian Bike Library, Woodland Wheels, Cllr Mark Brown who will talk about his ebike Horatio and Bikes for Refugees.
Each speaker will explain how they or their organisation promotes getting about by bike, what needs to be done to make using a bike safe, convenient and accessible to all.
There will then be a one hour Q&A with the panel chaired by Alison Johnstone MSP who is also a Spokes member.
