Make room Edinburgh bagel lovers, Bross Bagels limited edition festive bagel is here and she is a big one.

Filled with turkey, maple glazed bacon, sage and onion Latke (stuffing in their Porty shop) and complete with slaw, mayo and cranberry relish. They will also have a vegetarian version of their sought after festive bagel so that no one misses out, which will feature Sgaia’s vegan bacon.

The festive fillings are available now to kick off the festivities in both their Portobello and Leith shops for a limited time only. The festive bagels are priced at £5.50 each.

As a special treat, they will also have bespoke festive hampers which will feature goodies from all of their favourite suppliers as the perfect gift this season.

Just in time for the festive season, their Leith Walk shop has a brand spanking new upstairs seating area for all you bagel lovers and it is officially open. Their famous bagels are still ‘to go’ but you can now also enjoy your favourite bagels in style within their very own dedicated space. The upstairs hole will be open during shop hours for their customers to enjoy and also available for private events and catering in the evenings. Established in August 2017, Larah Bross famous for her bagels worldwide has set the bagel scene alight with her authentic Montreal style bagels here in Edinburgh. Organic and kosher, their bagels are home-made in their Bross Leith bakery and one of a kind in the city.

With two shops in Edinburgh, they both offer their very own unique take on the wonderful world of the bagel. Not stopping there, they are planning their third opening towards the end of the year so watch this space.
