Murrayfield Racers are unbeaten in all Scottish competitions so far this season but they will be fully tested on Sunday when Kirkcaldy Kestrels visit Murrayfield in the first-leg of the Scottish Cup semi-final.

Racers beat Kestrels in the Stuart Robertson Cup and drew in the Scottish National League.

But Kestrels have hit form and have won their last five league games to move level on points with Dundee Comets at the top of the table.

The clash is at 6pm on Sunday and Racers will be confident after their 4-1 victory over Sheffield Steeldogs (picture by Ian Coyle above) in the National Ice Hockey League, North Cup, last Sunday in the Capital.

Racers are at Paisley Pirates on Saturday and Fife Flyers complete the second match of their double-header at Belfast Giants. Dundee Stars are at home against play-off rivals Manchester Storm.
