Murrayfield Racers can claim the Scottish National League title if they win two of their remaining three games.

Tony Hand’s men currently lead second-placed Kirkcaldy Kestrels by two points with a game in hand.

And they moved to the top of the table with back-to-back wins last weekend.

They hammered Kilmarnock Thunder 13-3 in Ayrshire and then edged Aberdeen Lynx 5-4 at Murrayfeld with Joel Gautschi netting twice.

On Saturday, Racers visit North Ayrshire Wild and 24-hours later Murrayfield are at Solway Stingrays.

Fixtures in the Elite League this weekend see Fife Flyers in a crucial home test against Dundee Stars on Saturday.

And Fife, who have slipped down the table into seventh slot after being in pole position before Christmas, visit Coventry Blaze on Sunday.
