Scottish Real Estate Agents Murray & Currie Property with its base on Queen Street is now bigger thanks to the acquisition of two independent property agencies in Edinburgh.

The company has expanded by securing the two portfolios in the last six months – Crombie & Co with an office in Stockbridge in September 2018 and Traquair Lettings who were established in Corstorphine in December 2018.

By adding the portfolios of these two companies, Murray & Currie has expanded their managed properties by 26%. In addition they have increased their management fee income by 23% and have created three new positions.
