This evening there is a special live broadcast of a debate in the chamber at Holyrood to mark the 20th anniversary of The Scottish Parliament

The event is organised in partnership with The Times Scotland and will comprise a panel debate with leading former members of the Scottish Parliament, chaired by the Presiding Officer Ken Macintosh. There will be a public audience in the chamber and the whole event will be broadcast on the Scottish Parliament’s Facebook Live channel.

The panel will consist of:former First Minister Henry McLeish, former Presiding Officer Tricia Marwick, former Leader of the Scottish Conservatives Baroness Annabel Goldie, former Liberal Democrat MSP and MEP George Lyon and former Green MSP Robin Harper.

The 20 Years of Devolution debate will take place in the Scottish Parliament chamber from 6.30-8.00pm this evening Thursday 9 May 2019.
