  • Housebuilder sells from Phase Eight in Alloa, whilst new development in Alva makes a strong start   

An easy commute to work attracted Scott Rodgers to his new Allanwater home at Oaktree Gardens, Alloa. Positioned midway, as he says, between Edinburgh and Glasgow, “Alloa offers a very easy journey east or west,” for Scott who works for Leonard Cheshire.   Having been in his new home – a four bedroom detached Cairngorm villa for one year and one month now, Scott is enjoying his new life in the Hillfoots.
