Saturday’s match with Alloa Athletic will see mobile ticketing implemented for the first time at Easter Road Stadium, allowing supporters to purchase online and enter the ground via their mobile device.

The process is simple and allows fans to avoid the matchday queues completely.

Hibs expect the ticket pods to be busy on Saturday with late purchasers, so supporters are encouraged to use mobile ticketing to avoid the wait.

Fans will receive two emails – a purchase confirmation email and a second email containing their ticket. They will have the choice to either download their ticket to their mobile phone, or print the attached PDF and take it to the game.

Mobile tickets can be downloaded via Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

After clicking the Apple Wallet link, the Apple Wallet app should open on the device – press ‘add’ in the top right corner to add the ticket.

Once added fans will be able to see the front of the ticket (displaying event name, date and kick-off time, entrance, stand, row and seat number), with the back of the ticket available by clicking the three dots at the top right hand corner (displaying event name, price class, block, client reference number, name, venue and address).

Fans should ensure you have downloaded and installed Google Pay for your device.

After clicking the link the Google Pay app should open on the device, with the front and back of the tickets showing the detail described above.

To access the back of the ticket, which includes event name, price class, block, client reference number, name, venue and address, simply press the three dots in the top right corner of the ticket.
