Scottish regeneration firm Urban Union is launching the next phase of its popular Pennywell Living development in Muirhouse this weekend.

Available from 21 July 2019, phase three of Pennywell Living will offer a range of apartments as well as family homes.  Current availability includes a selection of stylish three and four bedroom terraced houses, with prices ranging from ÂŁ220,000 to ÂŁ235,000.

Neil McKay, managing director at Urban Union, said: “We are very excited to launch the next phase of Pennywell Living and look forward to welcoming more residents to the area to start the next chapter of their lives. The range of properties are available at very competitive prices and suitable for a wide variety of needs and budgets. Everyone from young professionals to families can enjoy a modern and stylish home at a manageable cost.

“If phase three is anything like the first two phases of the development, we expect properties to sell very quickly so we encourage potential buyers to come down to the development and get a feel for the properties in person.”

Set to complete in 2023, Pennywell Living is part of a wider housing regeneration project being delivered through a partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council and Urban Union which will see the delivery of over 770 new homes, half of which will be affordable housing   .

Located only a few miles from the city centre the development is ideal for those who work in the city centre with good bus services to and from the area.

With a selection of primary and secondary schools, as well as a wealth of useful amenities in the area, the development would suit young professionals and families.
