Glasgow Tigers boss Cami Brown has told his squad: “The title is in our hands.”

The ambitious West of Scotland club could hit the summit of the SGB Championship when they visit Somerset Rebels on Wednesday.

Tigers are a point off the top after their narrow 46-44 victory at Scunthorpe Scorpions on Sunday.

Tigers roared back from being six points down to secure three valuable road league points.
Second-placed Tigers have 29 points from ten meetings and have four matches in hand over long-time pace-setters Leicester Lions.

Tigers’ team manager Brown said: “I thought we were magnificent (at Scunthorpe).

“Everybody chipped in and the win puts us in a very strong position in the table. We want to finish in that top spot and it’s in our hands.”
