A Planning Advice Note has been lodged with The City of Edinburgh Council for a mixed use development with housing, landscaping, drainage, roads and infrastructure at 57 Tower Street and 1 Bath Road EH6 7BB by Barratt Homes.
This site lies adjacent to the recently approved Bath Road site which you can see below.
There will be a Public exhibition on Wednesday 16th October from 3.00pm-7.00pm at Leith Public Library 28-30 Ferry Rd, EH6 4AE
The developer is represented by EMA Architects and as this planning proposal falls in the Leith Ward the relevant councillor contacts are Councillors Adam McVey, Gordon Munro and Chas Booth.
