SGB Championship: Birmingham Brummies 46, Berwick Bandits 44

Berwick Bandits old boy Tero Aarnio came back to haunt his former employers.

The Finnish World Cup rider scored ten points for SGB Championship bottom club Birmingham Brummies.

And that helped the Midlands side end their home season on a high and at the same time put the skids under Bandits bid to make the play-offs

The Borders combine were edged 46-44 despite 11 points from guest rider Ben Barker and ten from skipper Kevin Doolan (pictured).

Adam Ellis top scored for the home side with 12 points with Aarnio and Jason Garrity both scoring ten points.
