This Hallowe’en, Edinburgh’s historic Caley Bar, at the West End of Princes Street, will be serving up a limited edition martini cocktail based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s tale of the Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.

Those who dare will get to mix the components of the cocktail themselves to create their very own potion and bring out their alter ego! Whether you like it bright and sweet or spooky and sour, you can shake your own perfect martini.

Each guest who orders the cocktail will get the chance to enter a competition to win a 1-night stay in the Robert Louis Stevenson Suite at Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian.

Fondly named after the Edinburgh-born writer, the suite features a luxurious king bedroom, a new Carrara marble bathroom complete with a free-standing bath, a spacious and welcoming living room and spectacular panoramic views of Edinburgh.

The cocktail is £11 or you can have a non-alcoholic version at £4.75 and will be available from 31 October until 3 November 2019.

The Caley Bar is home to over 100 whiskies from famous brands to rare malts as well as signature cocktails, craft beers and fine Champagne. Bespoke whisky flights and tastings are available upon request.
